WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN/OUT?
Check in: 2 PM / Check out: 11 AM
No after office hours arrivals accepted. Please contact the office ahead of times to make arrangements for your arrival.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We welcome friendly and non-hostile dogs/cats of registered overnight guests only. All animals must be owned by the listed site guest and registered with the office upon arrival and must have proof of current rabies vaccinations. Pets must never be left unattended, must be non-disruptive and must be leashed (max 6′ long) at all times. Owners must clean up after your pet. Maximum 2 pets per campsite at any time. No pets in rental cabin, bathhouse, buildings, pool area, or in any common areas or where people are gathered. No exceptions.
By bringing your animal on property you accept full responsibility and hold harmless Aurora B’s Family Campground and its owners/directors for any and all losses, damages/injuries caused by your pet to others property/persons, and sickness/death caused by or to your animal for any reason whatsoever. We are not responsible for lost pets. We reserve the right to refuse any animal into the campground and no refunds will be provided. Day visitors are never allowed to bring in pets to the campground at any time.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART?
Though our grounds are easily walkable we do allow personal electric golf carts. Golf carts must be fully insured and registered with the office with working headlights. Only licensed drivers listed on the insurance are allowed to operate carts on campground property. Please no operating golf carts during quiet hours.
Additional per night fee applies for personal golf cart usage.
DO YOU ALLOW DAY VISITORS?
Visitors coming to visit registered site guests only are welcome any day between the hours of 9AM – 10PM. Visitors should not arrive after office hours and all visitors must register with the office in person on every visit and pay the applicable per person visitor fee prior to entry.
Visitors will have access to all campground common areas and are able to participate in any offered activities and events scheduled for that day (note: some activities may have an additional charge). If staying overnight with a registered overnight guest, the current overnight visitor fee will apply. Visitors are not allowed to bring in pets at anytime.
$7.00 per day pass/per person (10AM – 11PM)
$10.00 per overnight pass/per person or $13.00 per person for rustic tent sites/overnight stays (10AM – 11AM of the following day)

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO BRING IN FIREWOOD?
NYS D.E.C. regulation prohibits the transport of firewood more than 50 miles from its source of origin due to the risk of disease and invasive insects. Help keep our beautiful trees alive at Aurora B’s by not moving firewood into the campground. We sell reasonably priced large bundles of firewood at the general store and will deliver right to your site! Please visit: https://www.dec.ny.gov/animals/28722.html for more information.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand things come up! Book with peace of mind with our flexible cancellation / re-booking policy. A refund of the deposit less $25 Cancellation Fee will be given in the form of a Camp Credit only if cancelled at least 21+ days prior to arrival and is subject to conditions of booking offer. Less than 21 days notice will result in forfeit of the full deposit. Holiday weekends and special event weekends require a full stay deposit and is fully non-refundable. As camping is an outdoor activity and nature is not under our control, we do not refund for unused days. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance or weather guarantee insurance for your trip as necessary. A $5.00 fee applies to reservations that need to be changed or modified and will only be modified 1 time. Note once a reservation is changed/modified, the reservation then becomes fully non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY POLICY?
We offer many activities and events during holiday weekends! Due to popularity, and limited availability, holiday weekends and special event weekends require a full stay deposit the time of booking and is fully non-refundable. Holiday weekends have a 3-night minimum requirement. Discounts do not apply.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED ON A SITE?
Trailer/RV site rate includes up to 2 Adults and 3 Immediate Children (Under the Age of 18) with a maximum of 6 people per site. For the rental cabin and tent sites, 4 people total are included in the rate with a maximum of 5 persons. Additional guest fee applies for any additional persons – refer to visitor’s policy.
DO YOU HAVE ANY 50 AMP OR FULL HOOKUP SITES?
We are constantly looking for ways to upgrade our campground and 50 amp and full hookup sites are definitely on the list to be added in the future! However, at this time, we do not offer these services. We do offer 30 amp electric service (which all 50 amp service campers can hook up to with a 50 to 30 Amp power adapter) and a dump station free to use with your stay. We also offer dumping services at your site for an additional cost and subject to availability. Schedule your services with the office at check-in. 24 hour minimum notice required. Pump-out requests with less than 24-hour notice or on Saturdays are considered Emergency Pump Outs and are subject to the Emergency Pump-Out fee.
